SOC-CMM has developed a methodology to create a SOC target operating model, providing strategic direction for your SOC

The SOC Target Operating Model (SOCTOM) methodology is a methodology supported by a tool that allows teams to granularly define a target operating model. A target operating model represents a desired state for the SOC. Using the SOC-CMM model, a SOC can define this target state, assess the current state, and create a detailed raodmap to achieve SOC strategic ambitions and goals.
